More than ten years ago, YWAM Jamaica and I-TEC began plans to install a solar system on the YWAM campus in Montego Bay.  A survey took place and plans for a future project were started.

For many reasons, the project was never completed.  Within the past year, the plans were dusted off and it is now on a fast track to completion.  A team of four from I-TEC visited the campus recently to review the data previously gathered.  With solar engineering support from Wellspring Components in Indiana, plans are being laid for construction in 2024.

Pray for favor as YWAM seeks approval from the agencies in Jamaica to tie this solar system to the electrical grid.
