Tom & Linda Garber
President / High Voltage Project Coordinator

32 years distribution line experience with PPL 22 years electric experience for missions around the world with completed work projects in 24 countries Before marrying Tom in 2004, Linda was a missionary in Papua New Guinea for 21 years. Now she loves to travel with Tom on projects and lend a hand when needed.
Kerry & Phyllis Grasser
Vice President & Vehicle & Construction Coordinator

Retired in 1997 after 31 years practicing civil engineering with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Since retiring have been volunteering on mission projects and at the office in Montoursville. Phyllis is a retired music teacher and supports Kerry in his desire to go on mission projects. She has accompanied a team to Saipan.
Matt & Carrie Wilson
Low Voltage Project Coordinator

Matt started working as a commercial electrician after graduating high school in 1993. Matt & Carrie were married in 1998 and settled in Newburg, PA. In 2005 they moved to Montoursville, PA to join our Team. In 2006 they moved to Milton, PA where they enjoy life with their son Jimmy & daughter Zion. Carrie enjoys cooking, baking, and singing in the church choir. Matt enjoys biking, traveling, and getting outdoors.
Paul & Pamela Kinley
Ministry Coordinator

Paul, coordinates work teams for the various I-TEC projects. He makes sure volunteers have a passport, visa, an awareness of vaccines, etc. Pamela, enjoys being a stay-at-home mom. Paul and Pamela married in 1991 and have 4 children ranging from
6 to 13 years of age. Paul enjoys sports and outdoor activities and Pamela loves to play the piano.
Jim Neagle
Mechanical Services Coordinator

Jim comes to I-TEC with thirty five years of
experience in mechanical and industrial
maintenance. He is commissioned as a missionary
by his church, Garden Chapel, Middletown, PA.
Jim serves the mechanical needs of I-TEC and
focuses on the preparation of power generators
to be placed in mission establishments. His
heart is to work with and train young people
here and abroad so that they may be effective in
serving the needs of others through mechanical
skills.
